Every shutter is made bespoke to your requirements. We will only recommend your shutters are made from a material appropriate for its application.
Manufactured from a specially formulated moisture-resistant MDF with laminated wood core and patented polypropylene (PP) coating, for both elegant and hard-wearing shutters. Very strong with wipe clean surfaces, they are super practical throughout the home. The wood used to produce the MDF is sourced from sustainable plantations and the range is available in 9 beautiful colour finishes.
Durable hardwood shutters crafted from sustainably grown premium quality timbers. Available in a choice of painted finishes or rich stains to enhance the natural beauty of real wood. Manufactured with an engineered core to prevent the possibility of warping. Being light yet robust they are the ideal choice for shapes, tier-on-tier shutters and large openings.
A combination of sturdy materials make our Composite Shutter range extremely tough. With engineered core for max stability and warp prevention, polymer coated along with ABS louvres for extra durability. A good choice for busy homes. Available in 24 stunning colours or we can custom colour match to Dulux and Farrow & Ball shades.
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a durable recyclable polymer thermoplastic. A hard wearing but lightweight material that's easily moulded for frame profiles more refined than lesser vinyl products. The ABS resin shutter will out last any wood shutter and it's hard to tell the difference in looks. Waterproof thanks to special closed-cell composite technology and with stainless steel hardware that won’t rust or corrode over time.
