STYLES

TRACKED SHUTTERS
Rather than fitting shutters in the usual manner with frames and hinges, tracked shutters slide on a track and concertina back.
PROS
Easy access through patio doors and can be pulled right back to make the most of a view.
CONS
Not suitable for a window with a sill.
IDEAL FOR
Great for larger windows and sliding doors.
SHAPED SHUTTERS
Shaped shutters are bespoke panels made to fit unusual or awkward shaped windows.
PROS
Enhance beautiful architecture. Provide a clean and interesting alternative to curtains or blinds.
CONS
Can cost a little bit more depending on shape.

BAY WINDOW SHUTTERS
Custom made to follow every angle, bay window shutters maintain the special aesthetics of beautiful bay windows.

FULL HEIGHT SHUTTERS
Full Height shutters are our most popular option. Full height panels cover the whole window. Quite often full height shutters will have a divider rail so you can operate the slats above and below the rail independently, providing even more light control.

Great insulation, privacy and noise control.

There aren’t any!
IDEAL FOR
All rectangular and square windows. Can be designed to suit all.
SOLID SHUTTERS
Solid shutters are made up of solid wood panels that cover the window or opening entirely.

Very insulating.
CONS
Less flexible - they’re either open or closed.
IDEAL FOR
Bedrooms, draughty properties, also great as room dividers.
CAFE STYLE SHUTTERS
Café Style shutters have panels that cover only part of the window.
PROS
Cheaper than full shutters and let in more light. Provide a lovely continental feel.

Less draft proofing.

TIER-ON-TIER SHUTTERS
Tier on Tier shutters are two sets of panels, one on top of the other that operate independently of each other.

Extremely versatile, giving excellent privacy and light control.

Not suitable for all windows as some may look too busy and block the view.

Our Engineered Wood Composite (EWC) range. High quality MDF around laminated wood core, completed with patented protective polypropylene (PP) coating. The range is both elegant and hardwearing. Super practical throughout the home and available in 6 attractive colours.

WOOD SHUTTERS
Hardwood shutters crafted from sustainably grown premium quality timber. Manufactured with an engineered core to prevent the possibility of warping. Available in a choice of painted finishes or rich stains to enhance the natural beauty of real wood. Being light yet robust they are the ideal choice for shapes, tier-on-tier shutters and for large openings.

COMPOSITE SHUTTERS
Study mix of engineered wood and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) makes our composite shutter range extremely tough. Engineered core for max stability and warp prevention, polymer coated, with ABS louvres. Produces lighter panels with extra durability. Great choice for busy homes. Available in 24 stunning colours or we can custom colour match to a shade of your choice.

ABS WATERPROOF SHUTTERS
ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) is a durable recyclable polymer thermoplastic. A hard wearing lightweight material moulded for frame profiles more refined than lesser vinyl products. Waterproof thanks to special closed-cell composite technology and stainless steel hardware that won’t rust or corrode over time. The ABS resin shutter looks like a wood shutter but will outlast any wood shutter.
